Pyrokinesis - Hana has the ability to produce, control and manipulate flames.
Psychic Bond - Hana has a psychic link with her fire familiar Coal and thus is able to sense his emotion moreover she can project those emotions into other people as a form of attack.
Fourth Wall Awareness - As AF mascot she has the ability to interact with its viewers. She also reads the blog's comment section. She knows her anime and videogames and she visits TV tropes a lot.

Cinder's powers come from her bond with a fire familiar spirit which she grew up with. (See Coal character art.) This type of bonding is a common practice among the high ranking members in her clan and the stronger the bond between the ninja and familiar, the stronger the ninja's power will be. Coal likes Hana's feet a lot and as a result foot worship becomes an activity that they can bond over. The two characters are mentally linked and when Coal worships Cinder's feet, she can feel his enjoyment of the activity and winds up enjoying it herself. She like to tease him though pretending to be exasperated when he does it.

Cinder's Clan is the Runa Clan. Their society is female dominated and males in the clan have a more submissive roles. By birthright, Hana is destined to lead her clan one day but she hasn't settled into the role. It's a lot of responsibility and Hana tends to like slacking. She does have a formidable set of skills though and if she does step up, her mother thinks she would be a really effective leader.

As a Fire ninja, Cinder has the typical set of fire abilities. She's able to create and manipulate flames at will. She also trained really well in her clan's form of Martial arts (Ashi Jitsu) and can hold her own in hand to hand combat. In addition to that, there are some foot fetish related abilities she has as well. One thing she is able to do is detect people with a foot fetish. Being bonded with Coal she recognizes the personality type easily. She also has the ability to inspire a foot fetish in others. When lightly used, it just makes a character feel an attraction towards Hana's feet. In it's extreme case though she has an attack called mental footprint which makes her opponent submissive to them. Mental footprint is probably her strongest attack but it uses the most of her energy. When Cinder uses it, she and Coal will need to recharge before being able to use her fire powers again. As the mascot of the site, Cinder also possesses a little bit of fourth wall awareness which you'll see on occasion. Sometimes she'll reference characters in other series or the visitors to the blog themselves.

Personality-wise, Hana is fairly nice and friendly but there's a mischievous side to her too. She's known to lightly tease the people she is close with. There is no maliciousness meant by it though and it is obvious that she values her friends.
